Operations Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic person with a broad range of skills to lead our operations and ensure we meet our ambition of getting more people cycling.

Due to significant growth, we need an Operations Manager, to be responsible for making sure our courses run smoothly and our systems and processes continue to improve.

The right person will be a good team-player, able to inspire and motivate as well as having a great can-do attitude. You’ll share our ideals and ethos, have a positive attitude and be motivated to make a difference in inspiring more cycling. You’ll be a natural leader and love the challenge of taking our business forward to the next level.

Training Administrator

We are looking for a committed and organised individual to help administer our multiple cycle training contracts and services. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and keep accurate records relating to instructor training courses

  • Maintaining and updating our database and website with training information

  • Liaise with schools and instructors to administrate training courses

  • Bookkeeping

Business Administration Apprentice

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Administration Apprentice in a small, vibrant cycling business in Cambridge.

Outspoken Training are looking for a positive and organised person to support the administration and coordination of our cycle training programmes.

The job is extremely varied and you’ll be working with a small team of committed staff, focused on encouraging more people to cycle.

Cycle Instructors

Do you wish to enthuse more people to cycle?

We are recruiting now for instructors to deliver fun, dynamic and informative ‘Bikeability’ cycle training courses to children and adults in Bedford, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Peterborough and Suffolk. We welcome applications from enthusiastic, confident cyclists who would be good at encouraging and building confidence in others.
