Businesses & Organisations

We provide a comprehensive range of services to businesses and organisations to support their travel plan and help promote cycling to work, and health and wellbeing.

Cycle Seminars

Our interactive seminars provide information to help commuters ensure that they are using the roads safely and effectively.

Using photos of local roads and traffic features, we discuss challenges around hazard perception, road positioning and the importance of awareness. This is a really good way of getting ‘advanced’ cyclists to be involved in improving their cycling and as a ‘taster’ for the take-up of practical cycle training. Many of our seminars are relevant to drivers as they improve understanding and build relations between the two groups.

We also provide talks for particular times of the year or specific reasons, such as ‘winterising your bike’ in the Autumn. For more information, please get in touch

Cycle Skills Training

For employers, ensuring that all employees feel safe and confident on their journey to work is crucial. Studies show that the best way to achieve this is through confidence boosting, cycle skills sessions.

Individuals’ needs vary considerably, so we offer a range of training options, including one-to-one and group sessions. Whether your colleagues are getting on a bike for the first time or are regular cyclists looking to improve their skills on busy roads, we can provide tailored courses to suit individual abilities and goals.

Organisations can now purchase one-to-one cycle skills vouchers for any employees, students, etc who may wish to receive 2 hours of training. For more information on these, please get in touch

Safe Urban Driving Courses

The Safe Urban Driving (SUD) and Van Smart (VS) courses focus on safe professional driving and interaction with vulnerable road users, including cyclists. We run these courses in partnership with JAUPT approved training centre, Fleet Source.

The SUD course includes practical on-road cycling for drivers and counts towards their 35 hours DCPC Periodic Training. In Cambridge, the University have a Construction Logistics and Cycle Safety initiative (Cambridge CLOCS) whereby all drivers of HGVs coming on to their building sites need to have done this course.
